So Motorola finally officially announced the release of the Quench XT3 in India. Motorola does this confusing thing where they call certain Android mobile phones as “tablets”. The Milestone XT720 is called a tablet (even on third-party websites such as Univercell.in).

We may be just about able to stomach people calling the Milestone XT720 as a tablet (with extreme discomfort!), but the Quench XT3? No way. It’s a standard 3.2 inch, HVGA-res display and featured prominently next to Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X8 in yesterday’s post.

Call it whatever you want, though, it’s a decently priced (about Rs. 12,500/-) Android mobile phone.
